What should I bring to Camp?

Accommodations: Campers will stay in Linden Hall on the Ramapo College Campus. The Ramapo College Dorms have been chosen as “Best College Accommodations” in New Jersey.
Linden Hall is a four story building, with elevator access and houses approximately 240 students in 4-person suites. The Suites consist of two bedrooms adjoined by a bathroom that includes a shower stall and toilet. Single sinks are located outside the bathroom in each bedroom
Furnishings for each camper include tool-less adjustable beds, mattress, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, and a small open built-in closet. A microwave/refrigerator is provided in each bedroom.
There are also several floor lounges with comfortable furniture as well as Outdoor seating.
Our Residence Hall will have a free laundry area available

Tim Mooney – Head Coach of Boys & Girls Cross Country @ Ridge (Basking Ridge, NJ) High School
Brian Zatorski – Head Coach of Girls Cross Country @ Southern Regional (Manahawkin, NJ) High School
About Push Your Pace XC Camp
Push Your Pace Cross Country Camp is a distance running camp for high school boys and girls. Camp Directors Justina Cassavell and Rich Refi are committed to providing an exciting experience for all runners. The camp is held at Ramapo College of New Jersey in Mahwah, surrounded by the beautiful Ramapo Mountains. Runners will run on soft trails and experience the comfort of the top rated living accommodations at Ramapo College. There will be informative sessions on distance training, nutrition for endurance athletes, supportive running exercises for injury prevention and running efficiency, along with a full week of fun, team building activities.
Push Your Pace is dedicated to teaching high school runners how to be smart and efficient in their training, so that they get the most out of their effort. We bring athletes together to make new friends in the sport…to connect as runners, to have fun and push each others pace!
