Welcome to Push Your Pace XC Camp!
Check In is between 1-3 pm on Sunday, July 29th in front of Macken Hall on the Ramapo College campus or inside if the weather is bad. There is a security guard at the main entrance to Ramapo College and they will help direct you. There will be signs to help direct everyone.
Check Out is Thursday, Aug 2nd at 1:00
Please don’t forget to bring the following to camp:
*Hard Copy of current Physical and Immunization records if you didn’t send them already. This is separate from the online forms and is required to participate in camp.
*Final payment if you didn’t send already.
*Sheets for residence hall twin bed (extra long), blanket, pillow, bath towel, bathing suit and beach towel.
*Bring a Frisbee, football, etc.
*If you need to take medication at camp please discuss at check in and fill out a medication form.
*Extra money for ice-cream stop.
*If your planning on going to the water park bring $25.00 for a ticket. You have the option to stay on campus if you are not interested in going to Mountain Creek Water Park. Lunch will be provided for all. YOU MUST send an email if you plan on NOT GOING to the water park so we can plan.
*If you are owed a $25 refund for camp discount this will be given to you at check in.
*$50 deposit for room key and or room damage. This will be returned at check out.
*If you lose your dorm key you will be charged $15 dollars for a replacement.
*XC or track t-shirt from your high school for the t-shirt exchange.
*We recommend bringing a spike bag or light travel bag for our trips to put your room key, phone, water bottle, money etc. You will receive a Push Your Pace Spike bag and if you decide to use that we recommend bringing some sort of band/ribbon etc to put on your spike bag to identify yours since everyone receives the same bag!
The dorm rooms are air conditioned!
Please send an email if an athlete will be driving to camp so we can have a parking pass ready. Keys need to be turned in at check in.
